Starting of January 2026, Java Bali Trips (javabalitrip.com) operates with the following consumer protection and insurance-related policies, our Management will issue the travels insurance letter ( PT Java Bali Trips – ACA Travels Insurance Company) with specific coverages:
Legal Protection: All operational regulations are governed by and protected under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Recommended Independent Insurance: Java Bali Trips company coordinates with local service providers (hotels, transport, etc.),
Travels insurance: ACA Travels insurance company coverages certain activities with Medical & Emergency Expenses: Covers hospital bills, surgery, and doctor visits for new illnesses or accidents. Please make sure if not all activities are covered by our travel’s insurance company. Check the insurance letter that will issue by Java Bali Group Management.
Emergency Medical Evacuation: Crucial for remote areas in Java or Bali; covers transport to the nearest adequate medical facility or back to your home country.
Trip Cancellation & Interruption: Reimburses prepaid, non-refundable expenses (like flights and hotel deposits) if you must cancel for covered reasons like sudden illness or natural disasters.
Baggage & Personal Effects: Provides compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage and essential personal items like electronics.
Travel Delays: Reimburses costs for meals and temporary accommodation if transport is significantly delayed (usually over 6 hours).
Personal Liability: Covers legal costs and damages if you accidentally injure someone or damage property during your trip.
All customers must Follow the Indonesian Regulations
All customers and travelers who do activities with and by Java Bali Trips company must obey the Indonesian regulations that are listed in Terms & Policy. All regulations will be attached in every activities and tour orders, that signed both parties. PT Java Bali Trips responsible to all formalities that will be submitted to Indonesian Government.
