Terms and Conditions

Java Bali Terms and Conditions page contains of Management’s Policies to protect everyone who deals with JavaBaliTrips company, as well internally JavaBaliTrips Management which is part of JavaBaliGroup. It contains of activities, vouchers and tickets purchase.

Java Bali Trips under the license  PT Java Bali Trips (AHU-0053420.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2025), based in Bantul Regency-Yogyakarta will protect our customers’ privacy by company’s Terms and Conditions:

1. PRIVACY

Java Bali Tour Company will do professionally regarding the customers’ data, not to publicize strictly. Customers’ data and privacy is protected under the Government Law.

2. REVIEW

All Guests required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Java Bali Trips Company accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard by the most secure online payment Western Union, PayPal and Credit Card at Office (Offline Payment). Java Bali Tour holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If deposit/payment is not received by Java Bali Tour on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Cash payment upon arrival is based on an agreement.

3.1. Payment method: 50% by PayPal (we will send an invoice to proceed by PP- a secure online payment) and the balance on the day tour.

3.2. Cancellation policy:

4. AIRFARE POLICIES

Prices and availability quoted by Java Bali Trips are not guaranteed and will not issue the airline tickets until fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Airline tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable.

6. ACCOMMODATIONS AND ACTIVITIES

“Accommodations” are defined as lodgings in a dwelling or similar living quarters afforded to travelers including, but not limited to, hotels, condos, motels, home stay, guest house, private house, villa and resorts.

-Customers may choose the accommodation system which is by themselves or by Java Bali Trips

-Please be advised that accommodations and the “star” designations may vary from country to country.

7. ONLINE STORE

The Online Store contains of products and items which can be purchase to deliver to your home, and other voucher products to print out to show and rendeem when you travel to Indonesia. The vouchers and tickets are entrance fee at tourist spots, Restaurants – Foods & Beverages Vouchers, and activities.

8. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Customers must retain all necessary documents to present upon arrival.
